Located in Arizona, Jaguar Plumbing needed help with a marketing plan and a website overhaul. Rosepapa Creative worked with Jaguar to develop a simple and effective marketing plan that the owner of the company could implement.

The first step was to update and redo the template website that the owner had. Upon investigation we found that another competitor had the exact website and similar messaging. This is often the problem of using a template website. If other companies in your industry are using the same template the potential customer and website visitor is confused as to who they are contacting. This is a terrible first impression that leaves the visitor distrusting your company.

With a few intentional changes and all new messaging we transformed the website into a concise and professional website. In addition, we set up the email marketing, created a custom wrapper for all email communications, created promotions and did some back end SEO work on the website.

Once the work was completed we took the time with the owner to discuss ways that he could promote his business online and the importance of presenting his plumbing company as reputable (joining BBB, Kudzu and others) and trusted (collecting customer testimonials). The end result was customer satisfaction and an updated website presence done on a tight budget.
